Install an unicode font first. you can download a nice font from here. Install that font. Then copy that ttf file into C>WINDOWS>FONT
Open your browser. Now go to tools>Options>content. select solaimanlipi from the dropdown menu as default font. Then click OK.

Restart your browser.
